At Calypso Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
